Ajenda provides a productivity application (“App”) that helps you integrate your Google account(s) to generate email summaries, task captures, and timeline views of your activities. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly– read-only access to Gmail message metadata.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.readonly– read-only access to calendar events and settings.
We only read message subjects, senders, and snippets to create summaries. We do not store or analyze full message content.
3. How We Use Data
- Generate summaries and task lists.
- Display unified timelines of events and emails.
- Enforce subscription limits (per connected account).
- Maintain security and prevent abuse.
4. Data Storage & Retention
We store your user profile, linked accounts, summaries, and tasks securely. You may delete your account or unlink any Google account at any time, which permanently removes your data from our servers within 30 days.
5. Security
We use HTTPS, token encryption, and restricted access to protect your information. We never sell or share personal data with third parties.
6. Google API Compliance
Ajenda’s use and transfer of Google user data to any other app comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
